✓  Purpose:  –

In order to improve the living standards of the Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhist communities and solve their housing problems, the government has launched the Gharkul Yojana for Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhist communities as per government decision 15/11/2008 to construct pucca houses on their own land or in place of kutcha houses in rural and urban areas.

✓  Documents: –

The documents to be submitted by the beneficiary to avail the benefits under Ramai Gharkul Yojana 2022 are as follows:

1. 7/12 extract
2. House rent, water bill, electricity bill, any one of these
3. Caste Certificate
4. Income certificate
5. Passbook Xerox of a nationalized bank
6. Voter ID card, Aadhar card, PAN card
✓  Ramai Awas Yojana Conditions: –
● The beneficiary should belong to the Scheduled Caste and Neo-Buddhist category in the state of Maharashtra.
● The beneficiary should have resided in the state of Maharashtra for at least 15 years.
● The beneficiary should be homeless or not have a permanent house.
● The annual income limit of the beneficiary family will be Rs. 1 lakh for rural areas.
